Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
Selective laser sintering is most commonly used for engineering samples. Producing heat resistant, ultra durable parts that are the closest to a high end injection moulded part you can get. Investment by Ripley Dynamics into SLS printing has resulted in high end nylon and TPU prints used in V8 Supercars, Formula 1 Cars and converted jeeps. For more information please view the ISO/ASTM 52911-2:2019, which can be found here.
SLS 3D Printing can be used for end user products and advance prototypes. Our clients include RedBull Racing, Haas Formula One Team and Cognizant Aston Martin Racing. Medical companies such as Portal Medical Devices PTY LTD have also trusted our SLS team.

SLS Printing begins with a model just like every other printing technology, for more information on modelling please click here, SLS has some limitations when designing. Consultation with a professional 3D Printing CAD Designer is crucial and can be done in house at Ripley Dynamics.
-
SLS 3D Printing has a steep learning curve and Ripley Dynamics certified technicians have decades of experience to produce high quality parts.

The post processing method of procedure for SLS Printing is minimal, this makes this perfect for rapid prototyping and iterative design
